1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and h5aone ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h5aone website located at https://h5aone.cam and all associated pages, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform provides information, guides and access to online casino gaming, sports betting markets, live dealer entertainment and related promotional content. The Platform is intended solely for the personal entertainment of eligible adult users. It is not designed or intended for use by minors.

2 Definitions

The following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below when used throughout this Agreement.

3 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. The Platform operates an active age-verification policy and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any point.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent or contractor of the Company, or a close relative of any such person, where such relationship creates a material conflict of interest.

• You must not have had a previous account terminated by the Company for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, current and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.1 — One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

4.3 — KYC Verification

The Company may request identity verification documents at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other point determined by the Company's compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

5 Terms of Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, harmful to the Company's operations or detrimental to the experience of other users.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Exploiting errors, glitches or miscalculations in games or odds in a manner that constitutes advantage play not intended by the Company.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on multiplayer games including poker.

• Abusing any bonus, promotional offer or referral programme through conduct designed to exploit these terms rather than engage in genuine entertainment play.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity including money laundering or the movement of proceeds of crime.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. The Company does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made through unverified or anonymous payment sources will be returned where practicable, or may be held pending verification.

The Company reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, including where compliance or anti-money laundering checks are required.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. The Company processes eligible withdrawal requests through the same or equivalent payment channel as used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• All outstanding wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• A valid, completed KYC profile is required before the first withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification at the Company's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed during standard processing hours. Processing times for e-wallet channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically under five minutes where no manual review is required. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or direct banking may take between five and sixty minutes depending on bank processing schedules.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• The Company reserves the right to carry out additional security or compliance checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers issued by h5aone are subject to specific bonus terms that are displayed at the time the offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

8.1 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before eligible winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (for example X10, X15 or X20) is stated in the specific offer terms. A wagering requirement of X15 on a RM100 bonus means the User must place qualifying bets totalling RM1,500 before cash-out is permitted.

8.2 — Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

When Bonus Funds are active, individual bets are capped at the maximum stated in the specific offer terms. This limit typically falls between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet. Placing bets above this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8.3 — Game Contribution

Different game types contribute at different rates towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while table games, live dealer games and other categories may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be entirely excluded. The applicable rates are displayed in the specific bonus terms.

8.4 — Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress expire after the period stated in the specific bonus terms, which typically ranges from seven (7) to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus balances and incomplete wagering progress will be removed from the account without compensation.

8.5 — Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in systematic low-risk betting patterns, hedge betting, arbitrage or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.

9 Responsible Gambling

h5aone is committed to supporting safe, informed and responsible gambling behaviour among its users. Casino-style gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

• All Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Company employs age verification mechanisms and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time.
• Users may apply voluntary deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits through their account settings. Once applied, reduction requests take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion is available for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. Users who request Self-Exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by registering a new account.
• The Company will not knowingly permit a User who has Self-Excluded to re-access the Platform during the exclusion period.
• Users experiencing problem gambling behaviour are encouraged to seek support. The Company supports awareness of responsible gambling resources and advises users to consult available support services relevant to their jurisdiction.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements, databases, compilations and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of h5aone or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5aone and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other malicious code. The Company will take reasonable steps to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

h5aone reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure. We encourage all Users to review this page periodically to remain informed of current obligations.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the operating entity holding the applicable gaming licence. The Company operates under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory framework, the specific details of which are available on request from support.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to attempt resolution in the first instance by contacting the h5aone support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by the applicable licensing authority.

Where conflicts arise between different language versions of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.
